ASSASSIN AT WORK
Above: Final image using Renderman in which I had to edit a photo to combine the 3D designed components I made in Maya. I then continued on after the end of the project and did a more in-depth texture study for the gun I made, to better learn how to use Substance Painter. The results of which are shown below.
Project Description
Done in two parts, I started off making a scene with a shadow matte plane to composite the render passes onto a life image, with high detail models as the brief required. This I rendered in Renderman, which was my first experience using the renderer, which involved a bit of a learning curve. I do feel like my understanding PBR renders has improved from being able to explore outside of my comfort zone of Arnold.

Once that was done, I decided to more completely polish these objects by texturing in Substance Painter and Rendering them again in Marmoset for the portfolio.
